Sleep: Sleep plays a critical role in your mental and physical health by allowing your body to rest and your brain to recharge after each day. Adults should get 7-8 hours of sleep a night.
Stress Management: Time for yourself is an important part of stress reduction. Yoga, mindfulness-based meditation, guided imagery, and deep breathing can restore and reduce the harmful effects of stress.
